Behavioral Coping Skills for Women

Where: The Trauma Center, 1269 Beacon St., Brookline, MA 02446
Day and Time: Tuesdays, 8:30-10:00AM or 3:30-5:00 PM (unless otherwise noted)

Description

The Trauma Center Stabilization Group is a modified Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) group designed to meet the needs of our trauma population. The goal is to help participants more effectively regulate the emotions, to tolerate distress, improve interpersonal relationships and develop coping skills to more effectively manage stress.

Members are expected to complete weekly practice assignments.

Participants must be in individual therapy of at least 4 week duration prior to entering the group.
